Return & Refund Policy – Munchly Snacks
At Munchly Snacks, we ensure that every product is delivered fresh and in perfect condition.
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened.
However, in the following cases, you may request a replacement or refund:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Expired product received
Conditions:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
Refund Process:
- Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened food packets
- Products without valid proof
